With the rise of virtual setups, came a barrage of emails and calendar invites for virtual meetings. Although features were developed to easily organize virtual meeting links from emails, these were not as helpful to students, who typically receive meeting invites through other channels.
I designed a browser-based tool integrated with Canvas and Brightspace to aggregate meeting links not only from emails, but also from annnouncements and calendar events of the previously mentioned platforms.
Emphasizing its role as a 'plugin' and its ease of use for students also meant aligning the visual style to both LMS platforms. I made it a point to make the product feel more like a native feature rather than a third-party application, starting from the branding up to the final product.
